FESTER is a daily ritual app for iPhone, made by Alyara Apps Studio LLC. These terms say who may use FESTER and what FESTER is and is not. Please read them before you use the app.

Who may use FESTER

You must be at least 18 years old to use FESTER. If you are under 18, do not use FESTER.

What FESTER is

FESTER is a reflection and ritual tool. It shows your Moon sign, your birth star and your dasha period, and it helps you write a daily line and a rehearsal for an intention. FESTER does not chat or reply to you. It does not give medical, financial or legal advice.

FESTER is not a crisis service and not a medical service. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.

Your wishes and the safety check

Before it writes an AI rehearsal, FESTER checks the wish you ask it to use. For some wishes, FESTER shows fixed text and does not use AI. The check can miss a wish. Do not rely on FESTER for your safety.

AI text

Some text in FESTER is written by AI. FESTER uses Anthropic’s Claude API for this, and only after you allow AI writing. FESTER labels AI text as “AI text”. FESTER writes rehearsals in English only.

You can turn AI writing off at any time in Settings. Turning it off stops new requests. It does not recall text already sent. Anthropic holds that text under its own API terms. The privacy policy says what FESTER sends and how long it is kept.

Your account

You are responsible for what you write in FESTER and for your sign-in. You can delete your account in Settings. FESTER then removes your data as the privacy policy describes.

FESTER Plus

FESTER Plus is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and charges your Apple Account. A free trial changes to a paid plan unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel your plan in Settings on your iPhone, under your Apple Account. Restore Purchases is on the Plus screen. Apple’s standard terms also apply to your purchase.

If these terms change, we update the version and the date at the top of this page. Questions go to support@festerapp.com. Our privacy policy says how FESTER handles your data.
